Canepa Museum Collection. Lots of tasty confections. I’ve never wanted a Javelin so much.

The Porsche. 1970 domestics are generally the opposite of what I would want.

I’ll take my chances behind door number 3. The redish car with a 6 on the side pod. Poorly lit and way in the background.

Looks like another 911 racer back there as well.
Red one may be a Can Am car?
Edit: Think I found it.

Since those are in the museum, I don’t think they are going to let you take one home.
From their available inventory, it would be hard choosing just one. But I’d probably take this one.
If for some reason we can’t come to terms on that one, then this one.
I don’t have a donor 959, so unfortunately I can’t ask them to make this one....

He’s really turned that business into something special. A number of years ago we did a circle route from SJ down to Paso and back up the coast, with a long stop in Monterey during the week of a Le Mans race and other car related stuff in Pebble Beach. We had to stop at Canepa on the way back north. The car culture in the central coast is truly unique.

It would take Powerball money, but I’d love to get Canepa to make a 959SC that had similar 961 LeMans specs, and then wrap it in the Rothmans colors.
